Usually, we can transfer photos from Samsung Galaxy S6 to pc via usb cable in MTP mode. If you can't do that easily, maybe you can try Samsung mobile manager tool. With its help, you can easily access photos on Samsung Galaxy S6 and transfer them to pc.
